Refund Policy

  • There is no refund policy for plants since as such products are natural or unique. In case order has been placed and If the order has been dispatched. we cannot refund your amount.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone, message or WhatsApp on the number provided. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order form being dispatched.
  • An item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been ready for delivery and received by the recipient.
  • All pots without plants can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. Item will be returned only after inspecting for any damage or any alteration made after purchase. 
  • All other items (except plants):
  • 14 days return policy. Any item for return should be in good condition without and physical damage. Any damage noticed after delivery must be reported within 24 hours from delivery with a photo proof and report through the Contact-Us or WhatsApp or by email at  sales@alfaresgardens.com


Examples of Cookies we use:
  • If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Delivery Specialist as soon as possible, they will be near to your address and they will take back the item. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
  • If you have ordered the incorrect item, then we will exchange that product with the correct item, and you will need to pay Delivery Charges for both the items if the product is Dispatched.
