How can we contact Al Fares Gardens?
You can contact us anytime through email or call our hotline number during our working hours Saturday to Thursday 9AM-3:00PM.
The order I received was not acceptable, how do I contact you?
If the order you received mismatches the order you placed or if there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly through WhatsApp chat or by calling our Direct Number.
If I place an order how long does it take to deliver?
We offer each delivery within 24 hours.
Can I track my orders?
You can navigate to My Orders tab under the setting tab to see the current status of your order.
Do you have the product in stock?
All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.
How can I change delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information. Or we also have an option to add New Address, which allows you to choose the address for the placed order to be delivered.
Can I return a product?
If you want to return a product, please refer to our return/refund Policy.
Explain the difference between Moderate and Low Watering?
Moderate Watering: 1 to 2 watering days per week (depends on season, always check soil dryness by placing your finger in the soil)
Low Watering: 1 watering day per week
Explain the difference between direct sunlight and indirect sunlight?
For Outdoor plants:
Direct Sunlight: Full Sun (6 hours a day).
Indirect Sunlight: Partial sun (3-6 hours a day), Shade (less than 3 hours a day).
For Indoor plants:
Direct Sunlight: Place the plant next to windows.
Indirect Sunlight: Place the plant couple of meters away from windows or in total shade.
